We are in China!!
It's Sunday 1pm (Saturday 10:06 pm in Colorado) in Chang Sha. After traveling for well over 25 hours. Luckily all of our flights were on time, we had no idea LAX was such a dump. We are at the Dalton Hotel in Chang Sha, it is beautiful.
I think we are both a bit numb from the travel and the thought that tomorrow our lives change forever when we get our daughter.
One of Grace's wishes was for us to bring her home a stuffed animal from China (a kitty to be specific), when we checked into the hotel and opened the closet , there lies a stuffed kitty. Grace will love it.... we miss her.
Our long anticipated adventure is well underway. Something just seems so right about this, that feeling brings us a lot of peace. Maybe it's all of the good thoughts and prayers from our friends and family.

We were so glad to hear from you and that you arrived safely. Dad tried to call the number Jimmy gave but it said "not in service." We'll try again in a few hours. We love you; give Olivia a kiss and hug from Grandma and Grandpa when you get to her.
Grace and I just looked at the picture. She is very happy about the kitty. She thinks it's very funny that you found it in the closet. She doing very well. She has her Christmas tree up already. Hope to talk to you later. Love Grace
